  • Jelly Board cutting boards, made of certified food safe materials, come in small, medium, and large sizes and a variety of colors. These thin cutting sheets are reusable and can be disinfected. Use a different colored board for birds and poultry, another for meat, another for vegetables, another for fish to keep down cross-contamination. Easy to carry to the field.

At one point, I could find disposable cutting sheets at Swanson’s Grocery. These were made by SaranWrap (maybe) and were a one-use item. I carry these on travel, in case I need to prepare food in my room. Pam

  • Saran Disposable Cutting Sheets come 20 to a packet. They are almost 10 by 12 iinches. About $5.50 a pack.

I forgot to check on those Playtex dishwashing gloves, but I’m pretty sure they carry those. They are likely to have other types of working, rubberized gloves, too, either in the grocery part or the hardware store.
